Nature of ASEANPILOT’s Activities
ASEANPILOT Investment Pte. Ltd. (“ASEANPILOT”) provides strategic, commercial, corporate and project advisory services, including strategy development, project and platform structuring, stakeholder coordination, institutional positioning, capital strategy and implementation planning.
ASEANPILOT does not itself conduct regulated financial services or activities for which a licence, registration or regulatory authorisation is required.
Without limitation, ASEANPILOT does not act as a fund manager, investment manager, asset manager, broker, dealer, securities intermediary, placement agent, underwriter, custodian or licensed financial adviser, and does not hold, control or safeguard client funds, securities or investment assets.
Where an engagement involves activities that require regulatory authorisation, those activities are undertaken separately by appropriately licensed, registered or authorised financial institutions, intermediaries or professional advisers.
