A proposed regional development platform connecting clean energy, sustainable mobility, infrastructure and institutional coordination across five strategic gateways surrounding the Strait of Malacca.
Energy, infrastructure and sustainability are initiative themes within the HEARTS framework, particularly Resources and Technology. They are not separate firm-wide sectors.
